Before work begins
This website presents the International services of Raheem Digital Marketing LLC. Before you commit, we send a written proposal defining the service, deliverables, timeline, price, renewals and any third-party costs. Browsing this website does not create a subscription.
Your accepted proposal sets out the details of your project, subject to mandatory legal rights. Extras and changes outside the agreed scope need a clear agreement before implementation.
Prices and payment
International prices are displayed in EUR. Your proposal confirms the price, quote validity and total before payment. We do not add undisclosed charges.
One-off services are paid before work starts. Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance for each cycle. Standard plans do not require an annual commitment unless a different written proposal is agreed.
Work you have already paid for is not repriced. Future changes to a proposal or renewal are disclosed before approval and payment and do not apply retrospectively.
Advertising budgets are separate
Management fees are separate from the budget paid to advertising platforms. Setup is charged once at the start, not on every renewal or budget increase.
Management tiers follow the agreed monthly advertising budget. For the same scope, monthly fees are capped at EUR 499 for Google Search Ads and EUR 749 for Meta, covering Facebook and Instagram together. Expansion into a different business, market or scope needs a separate agreement.
Monthly Meta production is: up to 2 campaigns, 3 designs and 1 reel; up to 4 campaigns, 4 designs and 2 reels; or up to 6 campaigns, 5 designs and 3 reels, according to the plan. The same creative is not charged twice when content and advertising are combined.
TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn advertising are quoted separately by platform, campaigns and production. Account management, reporting, access and data rights are documented in the agreement.
Delivery and revisions
Digital Foundation delivery is normally within 7 calendar days after all requirements, scope approval and payment are complete. Waiting for your information or approval pauses the timeline. Third-party approvals, including Google Business Profile verification, remain outside our control.
The foundation includes two rounds of consolidated feedback and revisions within scope. New pages, functions or a new direction outside the agreement are quoted separately.
You are responsible for supplying accurate information and materials you have the right to use, and for reviewing names, prices and content before approving publication.
Content, care and add-on limits
Core includes 8 original pieces per month, Plus 12 and Pro 16. Stories are repurposed. Carousels have up to 5 slides and simple reels up to 30 seconds. Production is in two batches, with consolidated feedback and approval for each. Filming, photography and replying to comments or messages are separate.
Care includes up to 30 minutes of updates in one monthly batch; Care Plus includes up to 90 minutes in two batches. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and ongoing SEO campaigns are outside standard care.
Extras cover work outside the agreed scope. They are not fees to complete essentials already sold. Domain renewals and paid external services are priced in the proposal according to the provider. ELORVEN is quoted separately by channels, usage and integrations.
Ownership and support
After the agreed amounts are paid, you receive the deliverables and rights specified in your proposal, subject to third-party image, font and tool licences. Ending care does not withdraw your domain or close your website.
Support requests can be submitted at any time. Responses and implementation depend on your plan, request and stated working hours. 24/7 intake is not a promise of immediate repair.
The foundation includes correction of our implementation errors for 30 days after handover. Ongoing care, changes, renewals and SEO are governed by their agreed services.
Marketing results and external services
We commit to delivering and improving the agreed work. Sales, search rankings, ad approvals and platform performance depend on multiple factors; we do not guarantee a sales figure or a first-place search ranking.
Domains, platforms and payment services also have their own providers, terms and timelines. Relevant costs and responsibilities are explained in your proposal.
Cancellation and disputes
Read the Cancellation & refunds policy for stopping renewals or requesting a payment review. If there is a problem, send the details so we can review it with you in writing.
These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or prevent recourse to a competent authority if a resolution cannot be reached.
